0. DO ONE THING, RATHER THAN READING ABOUT 100
Make it simple and digestible for yourself.
Use your impulsive intuition or common sense on where to go today.
In this there is no such as a beginning or an end.
What life is calling for today makes our lives.


1. CONSCIOUS BREATHING – gives awareness, inner peace, clarity.
Focus on inhale (count to 5) exhale (for longer than 5)
Keep going till calm and beyond
20-30min suggested


2. CONSULTING A HIGHER SOURCE
- is seeking trustworthy help/ getting the answer that guides us on a higher path.
It may feel like asking yourself for advice (It may be so – that it is your higher self that give the answers. Or you wish to seek advice from a trustworthy source.
 
If you already have a sense of being in contact with your spiritual guidance - that is it. Stick to that.
 
Or a way to get there could be....
Some guidelines;
A. Ground yourself (move, focus in body)
B. Create heart connection (think of something that touches your heart – it could be puppies, something naïve or beautiful to you...)
C. Ask the question (listen how the answer comes to you - instantly or through your day.
- in might be through an inner voice, maybe outer voice - words from someone else catches your attention. It might be a picture, a sensation, hunch... only you will know)


3. THE WONDER OF TIME. HOW TO GET/HAVE ENOUGH TIME
We tend to rush and easily create obstacles. How do I find time for the things that give our live richness and fulfilment?
SLOW DOWN is the key.
Ex. Walk REAL slow (maybe breathe in stepping on left foot, out on right - you may need a walking stick to keep balance)
Or maybe - do the conscious breathing, yoga, nature-sitting.. anything slow and conscious.
It will bring you into the moment. Clear your minds dutylist. You'll see what is important, what is not. You will know when time comes to do what needs to be done, and it will work out smoothly.
You may need your WILL and TRUST (that comes from experience) to break your pattern of never having enough time.


4. MERGING WITH NATURE AND THE ELEMENTS
Spend time in nature or focus on anything organic in your surroundings
Meditate with it, be with it, at times become it, appreciate it.
Merge with the elements - focus, become one with. They will share their secrets.


5. SELF-LOVE
Find ways to really care for yourself on all levels. Body, feeling, mind, spirit...
How are you nourished in the most important area of your life? Of your today?
Many of us really need to work years or decades on this one or the rest of this lifetime.
It will set us free from addiction to others - detached from drama - though we still need to be and feel connected and inter-dependent on physical levels.
 

6. FINDING WAYS TO RECOGNISE OUR TRUTHS.
Truth is a tricky one. Because our mind that creates emotions often brings us any where else. And we often love the drama. In the drama I may have a sense that I'm alive and really feel myself -  my passion, my fight, my victory, my truth of mind.
You can live by those stories - let them guide us. Probably most people do most of the time.

That is fine as long as you feel this is right for you right now. But those kind of stories tend to take over and run ones life - for better or for worse.
So .. to find your truth -  you may first need to know what level you wish to look from.
Are we at the ground floor- our daily, factual, concrete way of perceiving.
Or are we somewhere in the basement and top floor- where the subconscious works together with the spiritual field.
We can also include the chakres.
But don't take this too factual, please...

Knowing there is another choice may call you.
And if you have a calling it may be time to look behind. Into something I could name 'the spiritual field'.

Truth - Truth of the Heart (this deeper one) for me lies somewhere beyond the minds stories. It may create a sense of peacefulness, calmness or joyful aliveness in the heart when I stay with the issue/desicion/subject/question/insight. Sometimes it's a knowing beyond, connected to my intuition.
I guess each one of us have to get to know our own parameter. And our different ways in perception and in  recognising.

Sometimes I need to thoroughly excamine my thoughts and feelings and dig. What is behind this? What feeling? What mindset creates this?
And when I come to the bottom (for today) I need to stay here/be with the feeling for a while till the sense of calmness arises. Bringing the insights I need just now.
Knowing tommorrow my truth may be different.
 
 
7. APPRECIATION AND THANKFULNESS.
anything you give focus will grow in your mind and reality.
Focus on what your heart likes or wants.
Appreciating what is already in your life (could be a quality you carry, something of beauty or wonder you choose to give attention - there will always be something - right in front or behind your eyereason8
.
 
 
8. SERVING A WIDER / HIGHER / DEEPER PURPOSE 
self-love and care will eventually lead you into service (- if you overcome the challenges of becoming greedy, staying needy, too self occupied – which may 'just' come from a conviction that there is/was never enough for you or you are not good enough as you are - That is not true!)
Being self-centered is to rest in your own source. From here you can choose to share your gifts and energies in any form. And it will bring fulfilment, joy and meaning to your life.
 
 
9. CONFIRMATIONS, THOUGHT UPLIFTS
This will make your day!
Create your own mantra.
It may be a simple sentence, a color, a picture, an ikon... anything in short and symbolic reminds you/ makes an imprint in your brain/system..
Sing it, mess it, put in on your wall/fridge/mobile welcome site.


10. MAKE SPACE FOR CREATIVITY , FUN, PLAY, EXPRESSION YOUR WAY - FIND YOUR PASSION
Passion may have vanished because we didn't allow play, fun, creativity in our lives.
Reconnect to what makes your energy flow, in body, in inspiration, in whatever outer or inner activity that loosens your energy in the moment.
You may wish to look into what made you engaged and occupied as a child.
This insight and quality may lead the way to reawaken the zest in your present.


11. TRUST THE HEART, TRUST YOUR SENSATIONS

13. BREAK A HABIT
that doesn't serve you anymore.
Small steps may be the clue to consistency.


14. ACCEPTANCE AND CHANGE
The AA serenity prayer:
“God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can, and Wisdom to know the difference”

ACCEPTANCE can be seen as a process of integration/forgiveness
(- if we believe that our human experience is made of all we can sense, think and contact and that all (somehow) is here for a reason)

CHANGE is a process of letting go.
It can feel scary, but only if we push ourselves. When the seed is ready is wants to be planted. When the fruit is ripe - inherent are new seeds - it wants to share itself in service beyond own benefit - on behalf of a greater good


15.  ASK THE UNIVERSE FOR SOMEONE TO SHARE YOUR HEART, FEELINGS AND THOUGHTS WITH - OR ANYTHING ELSE YOU REALLY NEED
- you may already be blessed to know one or two
- you may anyway need new ones
It they (or whatever you wish for) don't show up
- maybe it is not the divine timing.
- maybe you need to move, someone else needs to be ready.
KEEP UP TRUST, FOR ANY TRUE WISH TIME WILL COME
 
 

16. KNOW THERE IS A LEVEL BEYOND DRAMA WHERE EVERYTHING IS WELL
and we are supported and looked after.
And we can go there at any time and find peace, love and clarity on challenges in our human lives or just to BE.
 
 
17. KNOW YOU ARE NOT DEPENDENT ON CIRCUMSTANCES  /OTHERS
You can always take a step in your higher dream – for it to unfold.
You may (presumably) not know what exactly your dream is. You may have a sense or a feeling.
Know that working on what you are (energy/frequency) and radiate - the Universe will provide the form/manifestation. Believe - you will get what you truly need in life to walk your path.
This may be a matter of trust to eat this one.
 
 
18. COPING WITH & GROWING WITH MY OWN AND THE COLLECTIVE FEAR
Fear is a very strong in the collective field at the moment.
Even if I manage to stay centered and uplift my energy to stay detached, it is getting to me the moment I get involved with myself on a basic level and with other people.
In my practive, I wish to stay here grounded - with myself - with people - with the divine. 
 
This is a way not to bypass the human emotion/human heart - the fear will dissolve when we reach at higher level of vibration:
1. Stay with the fear. Breathe into it for a while - the way you breathe right now - which may change. Excamine it. Does it have a message today!?
1A. maybe turn into a deeper breath. Letting go on outbreath. If you feel - put at sound/tone to the outbreath. 
1B. Settle with silent meditative breathing (no. 1 Conscious breathing) - stop focusing on fear. Put awareness only into the presence of the breath.
 
In case 1. was not enough for today - or you choose to start here:
2. Keep staying with the fear. It might have grown from the attention. It's fine. Feel it, enjoy/accept this feeling in the body. Become friend with it.
2A. At some point; when you are ready, when you have either come friendly with it/reached acceptance or just enough for today: SOMEWHERE in or outside the body you will a space that is NOT fearfull. Focus into that. What pictures, sensations come to you? Let it heal you.
2B - this may include your spirit team. Your connection and trust in the divine.
2C. Know you can alway come back here...
