CIRCLE PRACTICE 

 
I was first taught 'the circle way' by Manintonquat ~ Medicine Story
- native American descendant, who adapted old wisdom into experimental ways of the present time (1929-2018)
 
Since my experience has been widened through many more and different circles - held by others and myself.
 
Please, bring in Your inspired ideas, tools and trainings, to widen and deepen the practice!
 
 
INTENTIONAL GUIDELINES - build on some basic common guidelines of circle practice
~ widened a bit, intended for a holding space of integrity, intensified sensitivity, conscious growth and deepening heart - allowing each other and ourselves to deeply, freely breathe and express.
 
 
LISTENING - witnessing with our presence
☆ listen from the heart
- intentionally caring - or maybe make it a physical focus
listen to connect
- look for the light/potential in the other
 when judgement comes ~ let go
- maybe shift focus from mind/emotion to body - or look at it as a projection
 
the 'time out' bottom - 
given the opportunity to pause what's happening to process, give suggestions or maybe leave the circle for a break
 
SHARING
share from the heart
~ your sence of authenticity
☆ share 'what is' in the moment 
- it may be silent, silly, bold..
with focus ~ what feels important
 - no more ~ no less
☆ from the 'me' experience
~ embodying our insights
stay on own ground
- inspiration from the other - take it to your own experience
 keep in mind to adjust one's time
 - time for everyone

These suggested guidelines are widened to work on relational awareness, inner processing and authenticity.
To be reflected upon, evolve, change whenever needed.
