- is to create space for connection to the heart and inner clarity.
Space to listen and share in stillness and wildness, a space to witness and connect with each other.
 
 
HOLDING CIRCLES for inner growth and discovery
has become natural to me over decades of implementing
this simple powerful practice in my life.
It started meeting Manintonquat who put the ancient wisdom
of his native american roots into modern practice
through "The Circle Way".
I still follow this line and structure, but also invite new ways
to integrate these values and principles.

The body and the earth bring us wisdom, wildness and tranquility,
and is a help in reducing fear, anxiety and thoughts.

The world of magical experience is my homefield - it goes through my former work as poetic clown, storymaker in living pictures, sounds and words.
In the present this somehow is integrated in how I experience and express myself in live.
I practice 'frequency work' to go beyond the restricted mind and help to raise vibration on Earth.
 
With the intention to bring forth the heart / higher truth - I hold spaces with no limits to how it may show up - in circles, sessions and life in general.
 
 
ROOM FOR FREEDOM AND FUN
we need room and space to be able to breathe and release our energy - to be able to express our hearts in a way that gives us power and makes us feel joy in life.
 
 
With our inner intention of heart - the 'dark' sides / stuck situations can be released through expressing.
Sometimes it needs a real deep and sensitive space to meet the feeling. This might/might not be the same as having fun with it - but sometimes a joke or play with body, words, voice will release this
'not so nice' part of me. It only calls for light to transform!
 
My natural crazyness - of body & voice & energy of words - will love to join any release 'party' and give space for others through joining in more silent ways.

The best is to be able to travel together, where we in sharing explore our inner world, mirror and witness each other.
