OPEN SPACE n' SPIRIT around the red house

Sometimes I have the house to myself and the opportunity to offer free use of the place for a few hours, a whole day or several days.

The open space and the hours, the days unfold in an intuitive spirit - on one's own initiative, responsibility for the common field and with the circle as a supporting framework.

We give each other space
- to be who we are and feel the way we feel
- to be in our own space or reach out to others
- to gather and deepen our connections in the circle.

The free space requires responsiveness to oneself and the wholeness.
It is created by each one of us..

The spirit of the space.

Many, like me, are in continuous process and unfoldment within - personally, spiritually, existentially.
Here we have the opportunity to see what will unfold in the meeting with another being. Someone who also follows a spiritual path in hes own ways.

The open space allows for exchange and mutual inspiration, (perhaps practicing) standing in one's integrity, deepening one's being and sharing and exploring one's expression and creativity.
It also provides space to meet in free flow and without an agenda.
In relation to the wholeness, nature is a strong partner.

Preferably, it will be a space without discussions and the missionary mind
- with less of the kind of busy mind where we make a distance to ourselves... and more of the kind of being through words, body, heart, 'out of the comfort zone', where we come closer to ourself and into the moment.

The hope is to give our feelings and creativity, processes of life and soul a sensitive and allowing space.
To make room for authenticity and spontaneity - in silence and dwelling ~ body and sound, talk and expression ~ free flow and fun...you name it!

Give room to be as you are in your sensations and truths, cycles, inner and outer nature.
And naturally, our diversity in gender experiences and everyones unique peculiarities will be welcomed. As well as it is part of the understanding, that we all are equal and equally worthy, regardless of advantages, forces and challenges or where we are at on our journey.

The guidelines and intentions of the circle's can give a good clue to what may work to create a spacious and safe room, but in the end we create the new norms ourselves from our hearts and longings, mingling values and inner wisdoms.
(apart from the considerations and few rules of the house ;)

GATHERING IN THE CIRCLE
- 'the circle way'
is a time to share, listen, witness and be witnessed, support each other in a framework that can promote the feeling of togetherness and equality.
It's a time of focus and attention to each individualand the whole.

There is a special focus in the circle on the non-judgmental space - to create a fertile ground for our hearts desires, courage and freedom - for us to become more alive, vulnerable, genuine in one's expression.
In the time of speciel attention given to each one, feedback is only received on demand. And inspired by others, if a want to give feedback comes up, you are asked to stay on own ground (unless given permission).
We can share from a personal / creative / unifying - uplifting place - and all layers of our wholeness as humans are welcomed.
If you need to take a break along the way, you can always ask for or offer a time in silence, a song, something else...
Regardless of the invitations, you freely choose whether and what you want to share - what you want to participate in.

Guidelines and basic intentions of the circle:
~ to share and listen from the heart
~ express oneself spontaneously
(from the moment - in one's own way)
~ share what is calling and wants to be shared - no more/no less
~ stay on own ground
(mirrors can inspire us to look inside)
~ we promise each other confidentiality
"what happens in the circle, stays in the circle"

The open space is basically self-led and it is free to join
(apart from sharing expenses)
You can contribute in many ways. Presence, listening and sharing from the heart and taking good care of yourself are highly valued.

Sometimes it is helpfull that someone take the lead for a while and keep a closer eye on the field / host the circle.
That we can all do, if agreed upon and if we feel for it.
But it is up to everyone to care for and create the field in our best spirit.
