- EMBODIED SPIRITUALITY - a living / channelling / down/upload of  higher energy - being of Nature or the Higher realms.
 
TO HEED THE CALL FOR LIVING MORE FULLY
 
EMBODIED WISDOM - is to LIVE WHAT I KNOW THROUGH MY BODY
I may catch it up through my higher mind, my deeper sence of truth, my compassion or otherwise feel it in my heart
 
WHEN I COME TO EMBODY this higher/deeper wisdom - I LIVE IT 
Without thinking I feel and sense what is right to do in a certain situation.
I care for the water, because I feel the water
I care for other living beings, because I feel compassion
I care for the planet - because I know/sense/feel I am HER as she is me.
 
EMBODIED SPIRITUALITY - is to FEEL & FOLLOW MY DIVINITY / SPIRITUAL ENERGIES IN THE BODY
These source energies that role and flow in my body AND the more subtle ones that move me sometimes in ways rarely notable.
The subtle higher frequency energies that I've become familiar with over the last decade seem to carry me into a profound shift. The shift of consciousness - that we have been waiting for.
This process needs grounding / body presence to unfold.
 
TO LIVE MORE FULLY AS A SPIRITUAL BEING IN A HUMAN BODY
 
in the movie - Down to Earth - As earthkeeper - this aboriginee woman does her performance as a shamanic practice & work of art. In her comment she says: "I AM the land". She is a voice of the aborigoinee EARTHKEEPERS who still knows the ancient wisdom that speaks through the body, through the land. 
The aborigines always knew as we are one with the Earth, we are one with the Universe and our ancestors came from the Stars.
 
I find embodiment practice my most precious way to take me into who/what I consider I am and can become as a bodybeing
I AM A FUSION OF BODY AND SPIRIT - MATTER AND ENERGY
Here I find connection to the huge and borderless existence I'm part of
Here I find connection to the sense of freedom, joy and meaningful richness in being in a body that only can be experience when being in a body.
Let's seize it while we're here!
