our beating, feeling and energetical, subtly sensing heart <> our fixed reference point and where to check in for guidance through the constant outer change.
The "heart is where my home is" - where we can sense a deeper truth and divine connection.
For me is also experienced as my embodied transformation center, the point to receive and distribute the energies of light we are building a new reality and world upon.
